I’ll be honest, last 3 weeks has been so busy that this blog is a real after thought these days. I’ve been out of the “blogroll” loop. Excuses, excuses. Going to try to update this a little more frequently.

One thing I did notice is the site’s Alexa ranking. Lots of numbers there, seems decent enough for a personal site I suppose.

In other news I have officially hit middle-age! I’ve recently bought a set of used Titleist DCI-981 irons. They’re a real nice set and I figured I’d pickup some woods later once I get the hang of the irons. When you hit them right the feedback’s great and the ball just flies and flies. When you hit’em wrong it’s rough. I’m no Arnold Palmer but the point is to have fun (at least I keep telling myself that).

Lastly: I’m keeping my eyes peeled this Labor Day weekend for a good deal on a Dell 2005FPW LCD. These are pretty nice and Dell is certainly the 800lb gorilla of the flat-panel world. List is $699 but they can be had for under $500 shipped with the right coupon combo. I’m monitoring FatWallet.com and SlickDeals.net mostly. Let’s see what happens Monday.
